This medium sized oven is extremely fuel efficient. You don't have to spend all day and loads of wood to heat it up. Heating up time is between 1 - 1.5 hours depending on what's cooking. An oven that is cheap and easy to use is an oven that you will use regularly. Not only is it a great performer, it's also one of the most stylish pizza oven's around. You can easily cook 16 plus large pizzas off one firing. The oven is fully insulated, this means minimal heat loss, extreme thermal retention and added efficiency.
